Vintage US Government Customs Service tie.
Treasury Department symbol.
The "shield" logo is the old logo for the Customs Service.
It also has a ship, an eagle with 1789 under it - 1789 is when the War Department was founded.

Used vintage condition.  No stains or tears.  On the back side of the tie, there is one spot with wear.  See picture # 5 .  See all pictures as they are considered part of the description.
