    Description

    vintage (that is a nice name for old) 11.5 KVA adjustable voltage regulator.     it states on the plate 120 volts and 100 amps.   output is from zero to 120.   i suppose they call this an "induction" regulator?
    it has 3 terminals in:   neutral/ground are bridged.   and two hot terminals but here is the thing, they do not function independently in or out like i thought they would (say if i want to wire each hot leg in the 100 amp box into my house into each side of this and control them seperately, i cannot).   i am not sure if there is a way to split this up.
    i checked it with a variac at low power at first as i did not want to be touching things loaded to 120 volts.   after putting it up all the way, i ran the arms around moving the secondary contacts around and took readings and it worked.   it goes from zero to max input.   both sides.
    I prefer local pick up.   then we can test it together on side.   will pallet and freight at your expense but once it leaves here, i accept no responsibility for it.   we can insure it.
    i am willing to run it through further testing if interested party advises how to do such.
    i have the option to pick up some 3 phase units as well.  feel free to inquire.
