    Vintage 1987 FBI Identification Order for Top Ten Fugitive Melvin Edward Mays in excellent condition.  Mays was member of Chicago's violent El Rukn street gag  who conspired with Libyan intelligence to commit acts of terror in the US.  He was arrested in Chicago in by the FBI in 1995.
