Here is a single
Used Variac- Powerstat Q-117U-2 Dual Transformer in Tandem 60Hz 1Ph, 120VAC x 0-120V Output - No manual.
Wired in series as originally designed, output is 10 amps / 13 amps maximum.  Unit measures approx 4 1/2 x 5 high x 8"deep behind the mounting panel with knob extending 1 1/2" in front of the panel.  Unit weighs approx 19 pounds.  Unit has NOT been tested under full load; but does provide proper output voltage.  This transformer is designed for series operation and may be used at any frequency between 60-and 1500 Hz. I believe the two series'd transformers may be operated separately in two discrete circuits with both being rotated together at the same rate; output current being only 5 amps each.  Face plate is not original.  It is mounted to rotate transformer clockwise to increase the output voltage.  However, the face plate may be reversed to read opposite when the transformer primary is hooked up in reverse.  This transformer is a must for any work bench to be complete.  Please bid accordingly.  See the other items I have listed and bookmark my site.
