Used to apply immediate, direct pressure to major bleed injuries, trauma bandages are a vital component to any first aid provisions, for use by paramedics, first aiders and those working in emergency services. Unlike standard first aid dressings, trauma dressing facilitates are a quick, controlled and highly effective application process in even the most challenging environments.
Equipped with a super absorbent pad, our high-quality sterile dressing can retain over 10 times its own weight in fluid whilst applying uniform pressure to minimise blood loss. The conformable nature of the trauma dressing means that it can be applied to any area of the body and be used to treat multiple injuries with excessive bleeding. Whilst the velcro fastening feature allows for quick and easy application, the compact vacuum packaging promotes storage efficiency.
