    This is an isolation transformer, the secondary has no connection to the primary and floats, any ground needed for the secondary circuit should be provided by your connection.
    with replacement power cord and socket ends.  These are not the set supplied by Stancor in the new product.
    Although the secondary socket end has a ground pin this is connected to an internal shield and does not provide safety ground protection to a connected product.
