    This 8x10 black & white photo was taken on March 25, 1980, at Biddy Mulligan’s in Chicago when Lattimore Brown was traveling with Larry Davis, who was the featured act that night. I interviewed Brown and later recorded Davis for Rooster Blue Records. Photo copyright Jim O’Neal, BluEsoterica Archives.
    This image is from the O’Neal/van Singel Living Blues collection. I and my then-wife Amy took photos of almost every blues artist who was performing in Chicago in the 1970s and ‘80s, as well as many in Mississippi, Memphis, Detroit and St. Louis, and many soul singers, too. More photos will be listed on eBay.
