The delivery is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the item. Once the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, a new item will be sent out or full refund will be provided.
If buyer provides wrong address and the package returned to sender at last, buyer should pay for reshipping fee to resend the item to new address. If refund is required, we will only refund 90% of the item price because shipping cost should be deducted from the refund total.

Please note that all returns should be pre-approved by our customer service team. Before return, please contact our customer service team for RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns or used item will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. After returned item is received and confirmed in good/re-sellable condition, we will exchange the item or issue refund according to customer’s option. 20% restocking fee may apply if returned item is not packed well or returned in bad condition. The refund will be issued through PayPal and the funds should go back to the account which you use to pay for order.
