We have been experiencing an age old scam lately whereas someone buys a brand new transformer and then claims it is defective and wants to return it. Only to send back an "old transformer" keeping the new one shipped to them. Classic bait and switch. All of our transformers are PRE-TESTED on a load and verified working 100% BEFORE they are shipped. We ONLY sell NEW transformers. We now must apply HOLOGRAM tamper decals on our transformers. If the hologram is removed it leaves a VOID sticker and can't be "re-applied". Additionally we ask that if you DO experience a "problem" with your transformer you must be willing to allow us to assist you in correcting the problem. We will contact you immediately and work with you to figure out why your neon won't work. We will NOT issue a refund once you buy a transformer. Please understand that when we ship out a transformer, (FREE SHIPPING), the buyer must keep the transformer OR if there is s problem allow us to work with you to correct the problem. Once you buy the transformer you accept this and agree to allow us to follow up and solve/resolve whatever problem you may have. Otherwise it becomes obvious that the buyer is trying to get a "free" transformer. We only want honest buyers that want to repair their neon sign without trying to pull a fast one. We are more than willing to replace the transformer IF it is defective. However EVERY transformer is bench tested to insure 100% reliable operation. If you are not willing to accept this reasonable request please buy from an alternative seller.
There are NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS if the buyer has used, energized, plugged in or hooked up the transformer. I only accept returns on this item if it is not as described. If you return the item it can't have been used even for a moment. The only way I accept a return on this item is if I sent you the wrong item. Again, the buyer may return the item ONLY if it is not as described. In the event of the buyer returning the item because it is not as described I will pay all shipping and I will replace the item with a transformer that is as described.
