    The Kirker Pro-Flo 4:1 Urethane Clear is designed to give your project a high-quality finish and gloss. The urethane clearcoat is designed for professional refinishing shops where features like ease of use, dependability and fast dry times are critical. This 4:1 clearcoat mixes with KIRK-0065 (low temp), KIRK-0075 (med. temp) and KIRK-0085 (high temp) activators

    Why is it necessary to clearcoat your vehicle?
    Clearcoat helps in maintaining durability and can provide the much-sought-after glossy finish for that ultimate buff look. Apart from aesthetic reasons, the clearcoat is vital to protect your vehicle from ultraviolet rays. Many people believe that the actual cause for paint fade is due to the sun’s rays. Clearcoat also helps in easily buffing the shallow surface defects on your automobiles without causing much harm to the paint.
    How to apply clearcoat:
    Clearcoat must be applied after the paint is down. Apply two coats and enable each coat to flash to hand-slick between coats. You can also utilize the wet-on-wet ‘limited flash’ application. This can be achieved by allowing a 2-5 minute flash between coats. Adjust the air pressure to HVLP 8 -10 psi and Conventional 50-60 psi.
