Flat is in Good condition with wear especially on the corners. Wrinkles/crease   near bent corners. Other  wrinkles/creases on front and back of  the flat.  3 corner has been bent. Flat measures approx. 12 1/2" x 12 1/2".    This is NOT a record or CD cover. NO record or CD comes with this auction.
