    This Transformer Weighs 12 Pounds
    This unit is used and has rubs and scratches including paint chipping overall. I checked for leakage between the case and all the terminals including primary and secondary. They all checked infinity. I did note that the high voltage does bleed off slowly when power is removed. Buyer be aware that 15 KV is very dangerous if mishandled.
