    Description

    This listing is for 70% Organic Cotton and 30% Flax (Degummed and Bleached) - Offered in Sliver (Roving).
    1 pound (16 ounces)
    This is a custom blend of approximately 70% Organic Cotton grown here in Texas mixed at 30% with a German flax that has been degummed and bleached. The flax fiber is grown on sustainable farms in Germany which are working towards G.O.T.S certification. The raw flax has been decortication cleaned with H2O2; a more environmentally friendly process over chlorine bleaching. The flax staple length is 2"-6" and the cotton has a very short staple length 1". The fibers blend well together and offers a soft, cloud like sliver that spins nicely.
