Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This transformer is in good cosmetic condition with a few minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing major or anything that would affect function.

When power was applied we measured the appropriate voltages at the terminals.  It was not tested under a load.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
